Extract the ISO to stick
Plug the flash is empty. Run UNetbootin application. In the Disk Image column, position the Android-x86 ISO file on a blank column. Specify the drive where the stick is. Click OK. When finished, restart the computer and boot from the flash.

Booting from flash will display the GRUB menu options. You can choose the LiveCD - Run Android-x86 without installation if you want to run Android directly from flash without installing. And if you want to install it permanently to the system, you can choose instalation Android to Disk. But make sure you are providing a special partition for it. Do not let the existing system erased.
